Failure to perform in terms of an agreement and to refund client after cancellation

I have ordered a rifle and some accessories from Wildman Hunting & Outdoor George on 15 October 2024 to the value of R20499.00 and made full payment to them on the same date. They advised that the rifle would be received by them by no later than 25 October 2024 and the paperwork would be available to me to apply for a license from SAPS. The rifle, accessories and paperwork did not arrive within the said period. I followed up with them and requested that they provided me with adequate information as to when the firearm and paper work would be delivered to their office. I never received an adequate reply and I cancelled the order on 6 November 2024 due to their failure to perform. On 11 November "Christopher" a staff member/ employee/ agent of the business confirmed that management received the cancellation notice and would refund my money by Friday,15 November 2024. To date hereof, I have not received payment of the refund and had to no alternative to proceed to issue summons against them.
