Wildman Lephalale

In August i gave my Sniper rechargeable torch in for repair at Wildman Lephalale. After several enquiries regarding the matter, the store manager informed me that my torch was repaired. However upon receipt i realised that it was in fact NOT MY TORCH!!!! However when i told the manager, he said that he will find out from the rep... Today on 10 September when I went back. The store manager informed me that the rep said, that this was the only one that came in... Now..... My PROBLEM IS!!!! The torch that was offered back to me "as my own"!!!! Is so battered that I will be too ashamed to use it in public. The torch that I was offered was old and the paint is scratched off and it is dented and totally unacceptable!!! I think this is poor service and very low work ethic!!!!!!
