I made a gun laybye at Wildman Hunting And Outdoor Pietermaritzburg, after a month I was told that this is actually a loan & they are charging me an interest. The most surprising thing is that the deposit that I made when I made that laybye does not even service that "so-called loan". This is not according to the National Credit Act.
