The most disgusting owner at Wilderness Beach Resort

The service I receceived from Wilderness Beach Resort, Newton and his wife was WORSE THAN TERRIBLE. I WAS DISGUSTED!!! he should really close this business as he has no client service etiquette nor does he has any patience, kindness, understanding, helpfullness or listening skills. This man kicked me out off his premisess after I spend the evening, saying I can sleep in my Bakkie. I travelled there for the weekend from Pretoria and had to face this rudeness completely uncalled for. I had myself booked in, my friend dropped off my Godson in the morning and I went with him to have breakfast not thinking his presence would cause such a huge fight .Firstly, the gate was locked and I was denied access , I decided to go around the premises to use another entrance and as I was still approachig the desk, wanting to ask if ok to have my son with me, he will not be having breakfast, the man shouted at me from the desk for the rest of the restaurant to hear, that I cannot just bring people there as I am risking his people with covid, note we were wearing masks, sanitized and kept our distance. I didnt appreciate his way of speaking to me and decided not to have breakfast. That is when he said I can move out and take my money...nevermind the inconvenience. I moved out immediately and fought with him for an immediate refund which he refused...and put it on my card having to wait 3 days. I never felt so bu**** and ill treated by anyone and wondered if it was because I was non-white. When I told him that, he treathened to call the cops to remove me from his premises. He claimed my debit card is not working and threw the card back at me, when he admitted the previous evening he has a problem with his card machine. Thats when I lost it...why is he even throwing things at people? He walked away after a heated argument. leaving me there standing in limbo...I was treated like an animal and had to leave without my money looking for other accommodation. I wish I could have someone helping me to get this man to pay for the inconvenience and scars he caused, the child was traumatised and our weekend was totally spoilt. I paid for a breakfast we didnt eat,..I wish people will not support this business so he can learn to treat people with dignity.
