Nightmare Booking at Wilderness Beach house backpackers Lodge

We booked via bookings.com to stay in a 6 dorm for 6 of us on Sunday 15 December 2019. When Debbie arrived there ahead of us she was told that We have to be in a 14 mixed door despite receiving confirmation of our request. What a nightmare. DON'T STAY THERE EVER. They insisted to charge 50% deposit as bookings.com would automatically activate...yet advertising said free cancellation in small print 48hrs before but what if they don't honour their deal and the advertising is nothing like what we saw..****** hangout in dodge surroundings ...no idea where they got that beach view pic from. They were soooo rude.We then managed to get 3 double rooms at Fairy Knowes Hotel which was a far better choice. Where is our consumer right to refuse a place like Wilderness Beach house backpackers Lodge is nothing like their photo depicts!
