Wildebeest trailers

I purchased an offroad trailer from Wildebeest trailers, after the second use to Kgalagadi I experienced the following issues: A) The bracket holding the spare tyre snapped and the spare wheel came loose and was lost, this was a Pajero spare wheel which I had to take through to Upington to have properly repaired at my cost to ensure that I have a spare wheel available including a complete replacement of the rim and tyre. B) The paint on the bodywork started peeling, after my return I took the trailer into the Pretoria factory and pointed out issue of the paintwork to them. They undertook to do a repaint but after delivering the trailer it was clear that the workmanship was poor, to make things worse the trailer was delivered missing two jerry can holder brackets. C) I have tried since October 2019 to get them to produce the two brackets which are still missing, they are simply not answering the office phone. I am currently engaging with another company to repair the paintwork, again at additional cost. Regarding the jerry can holders I intent to take legal action to have them replaced by Wildebeest trailer management, so before considering a purchase be aware that there is a problem with quality and attachments dissappearing.
