Juan needs to pay for his mistakes!!

I Will not advise you to do business with them!!

On the 21 December we phoned and asked if we can book the caravan for a service and if it will he ready on the 30 December and Juan said that he will have it ready for us.

On the 30 December we had an appointment for 5:00PM to collect the trailer, driving all the way from centurion to Zambezi, once we were at the building there was no one and they were closed. So when we phoned he said that the caravan is not ready. He couldn’t even pick up the phone to let us know!!

We explained that we need it on the 31ste December so that we can leave for our camp he said that he will deliver it for us.

From 11:30 today we have been waiting and everytime we phoned he said no he is busy driving. Only received our carvan after 14:00PM

The best is yet to come!!

They took our spare tyre! The mattress in the caravan is not our mattress. Our microwave is missing. Power is not working.

Not sure why they are still open! They should really close their doors and we will definitely not stop until we have our stuff back!
