He borrowed money from an elderly couple for his business, at the time he was in dire straights to purchase material. True to form many promises were made, and even he himself determined the terms of repayment. The first amount was due to be paid on Friday, 04 December 2020, but never happened. He has since neglected to respond to enquiries in this regard.
