Poor Service.

This used to be one of my favourite shops ever. But I have recently had the displesure of total customer neglegence. I have ordered a part from them almost 10 days ago, and eventyally called to find out about it, and their answer was they havnt been able to order it yet. Thats just POOR customer service. -10 put of 10.
