Poor after sales service
Bought an air pistol for my son last week. Does not work. took it back, they tested it, confirmed it does not work. Accused me of abusing the air pistol and then said I need to produce my receipt before they can do anything. I went back home to fetch the receipt and then they said sorry, no refunds!

I used to spend thousands of rands there...no more. But all the best, keep up this treatment of your loyal customers - no doubt it is a fantastic business strategy
