Wildcard Payment Dissapeared into thin air!!!

On 2015-07-26 We bought a WILDCARD to the amount of R870.00 at Pretoriuskop Rest Camp. I've been phoning sever times over the last two months but they don't issue our wild card. We've send them the receipt ISSUED BY THEM, as well as our bank statement showing the payment went through but every time we phone them we get the same answer \WE ARE WORKING ON IT"<br> <br> <br> Now they want our Debit card number which we refuse to give to them....HOW PATHETIC IS THAT!!!<br> <br> """
