Wild card will never arrive. Don't waste your time or money.

I bought a couples wild card on 23 November 2018. Payment was deducted from my credit card immediately, I completed all the necessary forms and sent it off. Dikeledi Mashabathakga confirmed all was in order and processed and I would receive my card as soon as t is available. I opted to collect from their Pretoria offices as the SA Postal Services are not trustworthy. December 2018; January 2019 and February 2019 I followed up and was advised there were delays and the cards would be available in the second week of February 2019. That date came and went and so did all of March 2019 with no word from Wildcard.co.za regarding the availability of the card. Today (05 April 2019) I called their call centre AGAIN and was advised the cards are delayed (I fail to be surprised) and will now only be available end of April 2019 and will be sent by registered mail.

The absolute lack of accountability and the pathetic attitude of the staff have left a bad taste in my mouth. I do not care about your service issues, it is absolutely unacceptable and laughable that you would blame supply chain issues 5 months down the line. SANPARKS should disassociate themselves from these people immediately as their inability to deliver what they promise reflect badly on SANPARKS.

Disgusting, yet completely expected, which is a sad state of affairs. I definitely won't waste my time with this lot again.
