Collecting your WildCard is like trying to get a meetign with the Pope!
WildCard send their card via the PostOffice and if you cannot collect in person at your branch (i.e. this is my sons card and he studies in CT) you can forward the details of the person that will collect the card on your behalf (i.e.. your mother) and they will send you a letter which you take with you when you collect on behalf of the third party. PS IT DOESNT WOR****! I went across town to collect this card for my son and was then told I need his ID. I dont have his ID, I say, and I was also told that I dont need his ID...just this letter. So I phone WildCard and they say, wait at the PostOffice we will call the Supervisor. Supervisor is in a meeting. We go back the next day for more ****...you get the picture. PS This is not a system guys!!!! This is a pain in the fundamental orifice! why do you want to deal with all these special collections with emails and phone calls and people interfaces...dont make this so onerous on yourselves (and US!!!) we are not collecting a bag of Kruger Rands for goodness sake...and besides when you use your card at the Parks you need ID so why treat these cards like they are GOLDEN! I promise you, all the ********** out there are not trying to find ways to collect strangers WildCards from the PostOffice...
