Card replacement fee

Good day<br> we have been Wild Card customers for a few years but then not renewed the card for a long time.<br> When we got another card (this time a family card for all clusters for the price of R 1,000 which is a lot of money) - we were asked to pay for another card.<br> <br> Surely Wildcard cannot expect people to keep their Wild card from 3years ago??<br> And after paying R 1,000 it is highly unacceptable to charging a FURTHER R 100 for just the card, when even banks charge R 20 for a replacement card?! <br> <br> Pls can this be sorted out by someone in charge urgently!!!
