Wildblom Leefstyl do not meet promises or deliver goods
I made a purchase from this company that advertise multiple times on daily basis on Facebook. A lovely dress that I was very excited to receive. They responded to my enquiry fairly quick and confirmed that they will be able to get me this dress in the size I require. Subsequently they sent me an invoice which i promptly paid. All of this happened on 26 June 2026. They state that their delivery could take up to 4 weeks which is fine. My problem is that I still have not received my order. I receive no communication from them They only respond when i make enquiries which i have done numerous times and then they are very slow to respond if at all. Every time they have seemingly had a different story. They have booked a courier for Friday, they are waiting on a courier, the parcel is there , they are waiting on feedback from couriers , and and and , the list and the so called promises oʻgoes on. I have now asked for a refund because im clearly not getting my order and all of a sudden there is no response, i have been waiting for two days for a response on this. I have all the communication in watsap going back to.when i made my first enquiry . Please be aware of these *****ulent dealings and do not support these people or you will fall victem to their non service delivery too.
