WORST EXPERIENCE

Worst service that I have ever received!

I am a photographer myself, so take this from someone who knows the industry.

At the start, we were impressed with Luigi's services. He sent a contract for us to sign and everything was well.

The second we paid his fee, the issues started. A day before the wedding, he sent a WhatsApp message stating that he had an emergency. He sent a different photographer (1), even though we paid for 2.

Afterwards, his assistant , Arno, told us that he apologizes that they ever gave us the impression that Luigi would have been at our wedding.

Nevertheless, his contract states that all edited pictures will be sent to us after 12 weeks, even though his adverti*****t states 6 weeks. It is now week 15 and after we have offered to edit our own photos, we still have not received anything.

We compromised by saying that we will forget about the promised printed canvas and custom USB that he was supposed to provide. At this point, we just want to forget about this whole experience.

The one aspect of our wedding that was supposed to be the happiest, has turned out to be the worst.

After numerous attempts at just getting the pictures, edited or unedited, we are still waiting on empty promises and Luigi's incompetence.
