Very bad experience

Very bad experience. I would not recommend them at all. Very bad at communicating details. Misinformation is a constant thing with them. They make promises on when you will receive photos and never keep to the promise. We are past our 12 week deadline as signed per contract, still no photos. Luigi ignores any messages and only answer on the third call. Numerous attempts to get our photos failed. Do not use them at all! I paid for two photographers and only received one. Definitely not value for money.
