Horrible experience with empty promises

If I could review with zero stars, I would. Luigi Lombaard was the photographer on our wedding. After the wedding, he did not answer my whatsapp or phone calls. When my husband phoned him and whatsapped him he would say he is busy. On the invoice a 30 day turn over was promised, and 650+ photos covering all the events of the wedding including the reception, speeches, first dance etc. We took table photos with our guests. The package we took included a printed canvas and personlised usb.

Four months after the wedding we received -+ 500 photos. Nothing else. Luigi is not answering his phone and ignoring us. I would not recommend to use him, since this was very unproffesionel and his lack of communication is disastrous.
