Disappointed patrons

At the wild coast sun water park today, the aqualoop isn't working. This is the second time we have come here and it isn't working. When we asked the staff here they laugh and say they don't know. How convenient considering we drove 3hours just to visit the water park @R160pp entrance fee. Ridiculous world class sun international utterly dissapointed
