refundable deposit not being paid back

when we got to the house in Ramsgate /Margate it was dirty and we had been promised that it would be cleaned the ladies arrived toi clean but just left a matrass and linen. the last thing is that we had been promised a refundable deposit by Terisa Van Tonder but she has not paid back the money after may attempts to call and ask for it she is know not answering her phone when I call her she keeps telling me she is in a meeting and her internet is down and blames the admin lady who is Suzzane but suzannes number is never on its always on voice mail. I truly don't now what to do anymore as I want my R1000.00 back from her. we were ther on the 28/29 to the 30th of june 2019
