THEFT!!!DISGUSTED!!!!

Wild Peach Inn in PTA is *****ing Customers' money. I made this booking on the 1st of November 2022 and paid for it on the 9th of November. Upon my arrival on the 12th of November that Manager (who was not on the premises) told me that he does not know about my booking and that nothing was sent to him from Agoda. He stated that I need to sort this out with Agoda, after he apparently spoke to you, and you told him I should sort it out. According to him this is not the 1st time it has happened. I think he is talking nonsense and that he is taking bookings through his website and accepts booking from Agoda, pocketing the money - and when Agoda Customers pitch up they are shown away and money is lost.
