No Feedback on Pending Deposit to be refunded

Our Booking ref- 15.08.2020 to 16.08.2020 10 People - 5 Rooms We Cancelled our 2020 August accomodation via email, in June 2020 when our concert was cancelled. This is the same email we used for booking and sending proof of payment for the Deposit. Since June 2020, we have been calling for our refund / emailing. Only to get referred back to Gunter. Gunter does not answer any calls on his number *** which is given to contact.
