HORRIBLE Experience!

Room was dirty and looked like it was not yet cleaned from the previous stay. Our MD emailed Shantelle, no response. After numerous phone calls with no answer, she responded a week later advising that she can only refund two nights and not the third night. No apology at all from Shantelle! Horrible customer service received. I will not recommend this establishment at all to anyone traveling to Namibia.
