no compassion

very unsympathetic and uncaring considering i have a 23 year old cat who needs to be euthenased was told transport to collect and back about 5 kms R600 and that euthenasia R1300 and had to be paid straight up said funds coming in was told to basically go elsewhere or get the spca to come and collect like she is a piece of ******* to be thrown out. No compassion at all i know they dont run a charity but really this is not on and taking in todays world it is only getting worse,no one cares anymore .
