Products in menu not available

I am yet to go to a Wild Bean Cafe where you can order anything off the coffee menu. Twice I’ve been to order a coffee freezo with extra espresso and they had no idea what I was even talking about and at the third one I was told they hadn’t bee trained to do it yet… today I the. Asked if I could do a caramel coffee over ice and was then told that they only have vanilla syrup. These were three different cafes.
