Bad customer service

Ordered 2 hot chocolates and when I got home it was coffee. Went back and they replaced it with 2 hot chocolates. I asked the lady what they going to do with the coffee that I brought back and she said that she is going to throw it away. I told her instead of throwing it away, she can give it to me and I can give it to someone that doesn't have anything to eat. She said it's their policy. I told her that I had to drive all the way back and they won't even give you something extra for driving all the way back because of a mistake that they made. Really poor service.
