Wild Canopies: Shocking after sale service

My Wild canopy developed huge cracks and leaked after just 2 years. Wild said it would be too costly to repair and offered a replacement at half price. The new canopy leaked during a rain storm only 2 hours later. This was due to improper fitting of the canopy which left a lengthy gap between the canopy and the vehicle. I was told to return to Wild canopies in Pretoria. I am a pensioner and from Limpopo. A return trip to Pretoria will cost me almost R1000. Wild promised to send staff to refit the canopy at my home when they next travel to Limpopo. It is now 3 months later and I am still waiting. I was forced to purchase weather strips to stop the leaks, but Wild refuse to refund me or to pay for a return trip to Pretoria to have the canopy refitted. This is the worst after sale service I have ever experienced.
