Wild aluminium canopies & accessories

We had a confirmed appointment to have our canopy fitted at 10:30 we arrived at 09:40 and waited in the waiting area. at around 14:00 they finished the canopy fitment, in the time spent waiting my wife was not offered any curtesy in the time spent waiting. after the 3.5hour fitment (witch should have been an hour) and paying R1700 for a dust kit (witch turns out to be a normal canopy rubber that they glued to the bin)the canopy sucks dust and water. after doing a inquiry into these matters I was advised that I will be called back as soon as the staff spoke to the owner ,needless to say after 4 day s still no feedback. I tried calling the owner on his sell and he does not answer or return my calls.

I will not recommend this product any further.
