****mer in kids parties
I am genuinely heartbroken writing this. I spent over a month working closely with Chanelle from Wild About Parties to plan my daughter’s birthday. We shared ideas, built excitement, and even had personal conversations about our families and children. I truly trusted her and felt confident that this would be a special day. She was scheduled to arrive at 08:00 on the morning of the party, which she had confirmed just days before. When she hadn’t arrived shortly after 08:00, I called to check in, concerned she might be struggling to find our home. She answered sounding irritated but assured me she was on her way. That was the last I ever heard from her that day. She never arrived. She never answered another call or message. I was left scrambling, worried that something terrible had happened, while also trying to hold things together for my child’s birthday. It was incredibly stressful and upsetting. Two weeks later, she sent a message "sorry, I'm okay" but offered no explanation, and made no effort to properly address what happened despite my attempts to reach out. No parent should have to experience this on their child’s special day. I would strongly urge others to not use this "business".
