Wild 5 Adventures - Poor Communication re Operating hours

Drove an hour, they were closed. There are no details about their operating ours on their WEBSITE not even their Instagram.

I whatsapped their number and the guy tells me as a customer that I should have Googled it myself, no apology no soft skills. Even on a Google Page you have to manually click all the times to see - on an open day you assume regular operating times daily, not everyone knows this. Websites are specifically for this. He couldnt take the input to put times on their website.
