WILCOTE - NO AFTER SALES SERVICE

Worst Company to do Damp proofing. They came to me to do an assessment on entire house. They quoted me, which I paid, while they where work, other damp was found, I was then told that they did not quote for that (why I have no idea, he was told to check the entire house) I paid for that as well (Extra) Now all the damp has come back, and when called back, he now found another spot that apparently was not quoted for. Still has not come back to fix all the rest of the the damp. NO AFTER SALES SERVICE. Worst is that you have to pay a large part upfront, before commencement of work. Now they don't want to repair there mess.
