DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
The product and service of this "company" is absolutely disgusting. Recently bought a house with an existing 10year waterproof warranty in place. Started having leaks and took WEEKS to get hold of the person to rectify. Eventually they came and did a shocking job of fixing it and then did a runner once I tried to get hold of him again when the leaks started AGAIN. After calling the Headoffice in Ballito over 10 times, I eventually got hold of the owner of Welcote who was so aloof and sarcastic and offered to "pray on it" as he took zero responsibility and offered no assistance to rectify. I then had to get an outside company at the costs of thousands to come and fix their ******* work. Stay away from these people, you will be wasting your money on a terrible product.

You are correct about the run around you were given by the previous owner of the JHB North Franchise, Mark Penhall. When you advised us, of these problems, we constantly referred same to Mark Penhall. We had other complains about Mark Penhall, which he was busy with.
We are sorry that Mark Penhall let you down. We are committed to resolving this situation and conducting an internal review to prevent similar occurrences.
We are very, very disappointed in the fact we helped, supported and provided finance for Mark Penhall, to start the Franchise. Yet he did nothing but let us and our Customers down.
