POOR JOB DONE

The owner of the Company William was instructed to build a Pergolar with a wooden deck and new eclosed braai stant. Smoke is not pulling through the braai stand, instead smoke goes everywhere and it bothers guest and visit. This issue is defeating the purpose of the Pergolar space. Secondly the pergola roof is leaking, william and his labours tried to fix it but they did a poor job and its still leaking. Some of the wood is falling off and its hardly six month since the job was done. I raise these concerns with William and he made several excuses that he is busy with other jobs and he is busy raising funds so he can come and fix the braai stand somehow he does not admit that he did a terrible job and is unable. I want him to come and finish what he has started.
