You win the auction, next thing you being told you didn't win

Won the auction, got email confirmation that I won so when I go to checkout only to find that one of the items I won wasn't showing up at all and telling me that they auction was suspended. How is that possible? They don't want you to win at lower bits.. DON'T TRUST BUY FROM THEM.
