Wilberrys no customer service

I am buying watches from them, One of the watches on delivery did not work properly, it took them nearly a year to refund or repair the watch, currently i am struggling to get them to talk to me as about a year ago i procure 13 item of which 2 was never in the delivery, they informed that some items was not available at the time i placed the order and never received any communication from them again, still having received any emails from them and i cannot find there head office details so that i can take this case to them in person
