Great service, Quality Genuine Luxury Products

Funny how I read comments about the shop and product not being delivered and so on. I placed a bid, won the auction, paid the money sunday night. As per SLA they took 2 days to process the order. Testing their sales process, I sent an email once and I got a response from Bongani assuring me that the watch and wallet have been collected by couriers (Wednesday's enquiry received feedback same day. I intentionally allowed 2 days for processing thus playing according to SLA and their customer promise). Bongani assured that since package is collected, it will be delivered the next day (meeting customer promise again that in Gauteng, delivery can be within 24hrs. Standard terms being 48hrs). Went on the tracking site of the stipulated courier company and everything checked out. This morning, Thursday at around 11am, my package was delivered. WoW, Love my Tevise timepiece and red Tom & Fred wallet. Thank you Wilberrys. I met you on FB and you proved self. I will visit the Sandton store and Mall of Africa one for bulk buying after I register for VIP account for those incredible discounts. Starting my own boutique soon and you will be my biggest supplier. Will be bidding people out of some beautiful choices to resell at my store.
