Dissatisfied with Wilberrys

I recently purchased a Tevise watch from wilberrys and the watch had two chip marks on it when it arrived. The box in which the watch was packaged in was also horrified, the watch was covered in a plastic cover and the box looked like it came from a R10 store. Very dissatisfied and had to buy a new watch box seeing as it was a gift to someone and didn’t want it to like a cheap watch, which it wasn’t since a paid more than R1000
