Terrible after sales service from Wikkies.

On the second of February 2021 I bought an immersion pump from Wikkies, in August 2021, after occasional use, it stopped working and was tripping the earth leakage. I took it to Wikkies and asked for either a replacement, a refund, or credit to buy another pump. They then sent the pump to the manufacturer who said they don't have stock and Wikkies is refusing to assist me with any options but to wait, which is not possible because I need the pump!!
