Racial and disguising paid service - loosing money

I bought a Wikideal for A Full Set of Eyelash Extensions with an Eyebrow Thread at The GLAM FACTORY , Belvedere Road, Claremont! The above number does not go through at all, made arrangements but each time an emergency happened and I communicated this with the saloon, but she just could not help me, her last email was she cannot help me due to an untrue claim from the Hair by Head Office employee white ****** male saying I caused trouble but all I wanted was to enter the store and wait for her return. I am very unhappy as the voucher is currently expiring today and the lady is making excuses because she has already been paid in full for the deal, I am so angry and disguised especially since the owner has not bothered to return my email it simply means she does not care at all.. Worst experience
