REFUND FOR INCOMPETENCE

It is impossible to talk to anyone there and their online shop is ****ndous. I put in an order and paid online. I week later i get an email tha my order will arrive in 5 months. I'm sure that if i can talk to someone i can change the configuration to what they have in stock, but you can't talk to anyone and they email response takes days and is not detailed. Thankfully they are ***********, because I found what i need somewhere else for 80% less. Now I just need a refund.
