I ordered Hair worth R1900.00 in October 2023 and I have not received it to date. Their courier lost the parcel and they acknowledged that and promised to send new hair as this was their Courier not mine. Six months later I am still running after them. Each time I contact them they ignorance of what I'm talking about and I am made to explain over and over. In February they provided update that my parcel is almost done they'll send soon and apologized for the inconvenience. They do not answer my calls when I call and they now know oth my numbers hence instead of answering they rush to dropping a message apologizing for the inconvenience.
