Store refund

I ordered 4 bundles at wig and hair lounge last week spoke to their consultant or manager and the hair that I ordered was not something that I wanted so I demanded refund and they refused insisting that I should take something different, I agreed the hair was delivered today I am not happy at all o called the store requesting for refund and they are still refusing to refund me insisting that they will make the bundles a weave and I should add another R200 plus the pep store store delivery to make a weave that I want, I dont want anything but my money back, order number is [Order #1463]
