Shocking service!

<br> I would not recommend this company to anyone, they are not only useless but the manager is rude and believes that her employees come first and the customer is treated poorly. Clearly she should not be in the service industry. We had left our meat in the chest freezer because the driver said that it only takes him 3hrs to travel the distance and he said it would be fine. When my husband had phoned the driver to find out what was the hold up the driver hung up on him and would not answer his phone afterwards. My husband phoned the office and spoke to the manager, she was extremely rude and defended her driver. Only when the driver eventually arrived 7hrs later did we find out that his manager was the one who sent him for another load, we were not aware that there was going to be any sharing of loads and she should have notified us before hand. The truck arrived the evening before we were set to move, we were not ready but accommodated them, most of our furniture was loaded until 10pm that night! A couple of my big appliances which are only a couple months old were dented, they had brought their own bubble wrap and blankets which was clearly not used?! Absolutely shocking service!
