Wiesenhof Adventure park (Don't go there!)

On 14 November 2019 it seemed like a great idea to have our staff year end function at Wiesenhof Adventure Park. Midway during the day they had a problem with their electricity supply (not load shedding related), therefor 3/4 of the rides did not work. We were informed by a an employee that we would get complimentary tickets to come another day as most of the main attractions at the park was not working. On our way out, we were told the same by the ticket office administrators. They took down all our names and email addresses and said we would receive all 11 complimentary tickets. We emailed them shortly thereafter and enquired about the tickets. We were informed that the process is that everything should be done on email. We have been struggling for just over 3 months via email, telephone and even WhatsApp. They sent 4 tickets and said we can purchase another 7. Then they emailed and said sorry they made a mistake, we should be getting another 7 as that was what they promised. Now it is almost Winter and we still haven't had our year end function. They resort to shouting and screaming or not responding at all. Don't consider the park for any staff functions - very unprofessional!
