Poor service

We are many nurses making regular use of Wiesenhof as it is the only coffee shop around. Their prices have always been very high for the quality you receive, but still we use them. The problem lately is that their service is poor and slow and regularly we get wrong orders. When the problem is taken to the supervisor he asks what do we expect him to do. We just expect the correct order prepared in a decent time and to address problems with staff as it arises.
