Poor quality

For a popular restaurant to run out of mushrooms??? Who waited until it was finished before notifying their management?? What management does not have oversight and control over their inventory?? Omelet was raw and the raw egg was mixed with my hickory ham. Poor cutlery. Wilted lettuce leaves. I showed the manager, she says "it's just garnish ma'am"... so you're not allowed to eat your garnish? Waiter brings me empty jam bottle
