Great waitress Bad Owner/ambassodor for brand Wiesenhof Coffees Greenacres PE

<p>Had a sick relative in Netcare Greenacres Hospital. Wiesenhof only place in hospital where one can buy food. Been wanting a cup of tea and carrot cake very much. I am a carrot cake fan/fundi of note. Waitress Malissa great. Brought the tea and carrot cake. It was the worst carrot cake I have tasted (ever). Really. In my opinion. Decided not to eat it and had my tea. Waitress enquired. I said it was not nice (not sure what the frosting was made of, the cake was stodgy and tasted of something synthetic). Long story short. I eventually asked to talk to manager. Owner Pierre Havenga appeared and told me off. He said there is nothing wrong with his carrot cake, he sells many whole cakes all the time to outside people etc. etc. People like his carrot cake. He then turned his back on me and went to chat with one of his colleagues. I then asked the waitress for the bill and paid for the not nice uneaten carrot cake and tea and gave the waitress a tip. I left to not return and also let people know to be carefull of the owner of this Wiesenhof as he does not take well to a complaint. I believe he could've shown some respect. It would've been nice if he just said I am sorry sir that you did not like our carrot cake. That is it. I am prepared to pay good money for GOOD carrot cake. But I suppose he has the monopoly in a 1.5 km radius giving loved ones of ill people not much of a choice. So his attitude was really bad. </p>
