I'm not going into detail, of what happened In the first place. I just want to thank Kobus and his excellent staff members. For the efficient and professional feedback. And for Mr Wiese to send me an email personally, and inviting me to have coffee with him. So he can personally apologise! Now that is brilliant! Thank you all very much!
