Disappointed customer

Ordered a toasted tuna sandwich for lunch, today, 6th December,2023. i had to wait for the "boat to bring the tuna in" I eventually got the sandwich. the sandwich was as flat as a pancake! it looked like the last bits of tuna that was left in the tin was s****ped onto the sandwich. No mayo, no onion, no parsley! at this stage i was very hungry, i called the owner who told me that she was busy training staff. what has that got to do with my sandwich that i paid 38 rand for! She promptly put the phone down in my ear. I will never support her again. the food is overpriced and does not warrant the end product. This branch is at Hilton life hospital. I have reported the matter to the head office.
