Beware should you complain about lumpy mash!!!

on our first visit to the establishment, I will not reccomend it to anyone with kids. I ordered a wors and mash from teh kiddies mash and the mash was very lumpy with hard pieces of potatoe in between, when i complained teh manager said he didnt know what "we" wanted, first we asked for crispy mash and now we complain. Wheni objected and said we had never been here his response was " I will never win with you"
